Pictures Quota

I tried to upload some recent club pictures, and it reported that my quota had exceeded to 1102kb. I thought the picture size was limited to 1024kb, not our entire upload.
Is this the restriction?

I do not see a quato setting but I will keep on looking. I went ahead and set the max image to be 2MB in case you had an image that was rounding past 1024K. Let me know if you still can't upload now.
