No one hit an ace at the September mini, so the acepot is starting at $314.

The Waterloo Club is changing our monthly mini. It will no longer be on the 1st Saturday of each month. Instead it will be moved around, sometimes early in the month, sometimes in the middle, sometimes late, and sometimes not even on Saturday. This will give us some flexibility to work around what else in going on in the area and with the club.

So… for November, the mini will be:

Sunday, November 15th
Mary Moore Searight Park
Sign up starts at 9:30 am, tee off at 10:00 am

This will be the last chance to play the full Searight course for a while (well, Sea-Wrong - the course is still in the reverse position) as the renovation project is scheduled to start just afterwards. And we hope some folks can stick around after the mini and help get the baskets moved. We are also starting with a big acepot, over $300. Plenty of ace opportunities out there, we hope to see you at Searight next Sunday.

So for this weekend, since there is no club mini, head on out to Round for the HOTT finale; a great tournament run by great people! And the weather looks like it will be perfect for disc golf - go enjoy!

Austin's newest disc golf course is at MetCenter. MetCenter is Austin's premier 550-acre mixed-use business park. Over 2,000,000 sf complete; 3,000,000 sf more available, including approved site plans - easily modified - ready for immediate construction. MetCenter is located in Southeast Austin at the intersection of U.S. Highway 183 and State Highway 71.

Directions to the course - From I-35 and Ben White Blvd (SH 71), go east Ben White. Take the Montopolis Dr. exit and turn right onto Montopolis Dr. Turn left onto Burleson Rd. Turn left onto Metropolis Dr. Turn right into the first parking lot. The course will be on your left.
